The brief: An incentive programme to strengthen Samsung’s relationship with the distribution channel as part of the company’s development strategy in this sector.

The service: We put in place our online points-based system PointBank to enable Samsung to better educate, motivate and communicate with their distribution channel.

Tailored to the specific needs of the client, the system’s key features include detailed information on the division’s products, tips for improving selling performance and a monthly quiz designed to improve product knowledge and identify cases where extra product training is required.

The JetSet Club system also features an extensive prize portfolio, offering a wide range of prizes, from European boutique hotel weekends and state-of-the-art electronics to the latest music, films and computer games. The participants can keep tabs on their performance and points tally on a designated JetSet Club leaderboard.

Another integral feature of PointBank is an analytics suite; a comprehensive, real-time data reporting system providing up-to-the-minute information on market conditions, sales performance, quiz results and engagement levels, as well as enabling managers to measure return on investment.
